This OTI short video outlines the key themes discussed in the recently published OTI report “Quest for Freedom and Stability in the Indian Ocean”. The report contains an outline of the key interests of major powers in the Indian Ocean Region, namely China, India, and the USA, and what scope there is for cooperation and peace among these actors. These developments are then factored into developing future scenarios in the region, along political, security, economic, and social dimensions, and how.
